Evaluation:
We carry out a preliminary assessment of client proposals with regard to cost and programme
We conduct visual and photographic site surveys as a backdrop to our co-ordinated work
We produce detailed measured survey drawings of the installation area and its construction
Design:
We develop client design intent drawings and specifications into fully detailed and optimised proposals
We offer design alternatives and lead value engineering exercises as and when required by our clients
We produce comprehensive, fully co-ordinated 2 & 3D production information drawings & specifications
Fabrication:
We develop and make optimal sand casting patterns to produce our own cast metal componentry
We use traditional and modern techniques in forming component connections & fixings for authenticity
We pre-fabricate as much of the work as possible and carry out test installations ahead of site fitting
Installation:
We produce method statements and risk assessments to ensure the smooth running of the project
We work closely with clients and project managers to ensure the smooth running of the installation
We provide structural calculations and provings for component and assembly perormance where required
